As soon as these were charged they cut straight through without any issues and the whole cut took me about 10 minutes. And that was from long hair to grade 2. The only issue I have with them is a small 1 and is that the hair builds up under the combe attachment (which sets the grade level). Lovely bit of kit overall though as I really have a problem getting the clippers to cut through my think hair. Would recommend in a heart beat.....
